Common questions

What does Prabhabi actually do?
We help businesses work out what technology they need, and then build or connect it. In practice that means AI and automation, joining up systems that do not talk to each other, custom software when off-the-shelf does not fit, and testing. We also build and run software of our own — you can open Praklix and Projexa right now without talking to us first. We are based in Agartala and serve customers across India and Europe.
If AI can do so much now, why do I need you?
Because using a tool and getting something out of it are different jobs. The models are genuinely good, and they cost you what they cost us. What takes the time is working out which part of your week is worth handing over, wiring it into the software you already run, and being the person who fixes it when it stops. That is the part we do.
We already pay for tools we barely use. How is this different?
It is the most common thing we hear, and it is a fair question. We would rather make what you already pay for do its job than sell you another subscription. Sometimes the answer is that a tool you own is fine and nobody ever set it up properly. If that is the case, we will say so.
Do we have to replace the software we already use?
Usually not. Most of the work is joining things up rather than swapping them out. We build our own software when nothing off the shelf fits the way a business actually works, not as a starting point.
Is AI part of everything you do now?
No. It goes in where it does a job better than a form or a missed call, like answering the enquiry that arrives every day or reading something so a person does not have to. If it would not help your business, that is worth finding out before anyone builds anything.
