What wasn't working

Salon operations were spread across separate tools and paper: customer records, service pricing, staff, promotions and billing each handled on their own terms. Nothing connected, so the same information was entered more than once and no one could see the day as a whole.

What we did

The solution

We built a salon management platform around how the salon actually works rather than making them fit a generic product. It brings customer management, staff, services and pricing, GST and non-GST billing, promotions, communication and reporting into one system, with automation removing the repeat steps between them.

The outcome

What changed

Billing, customers, staff and reporting now run from one place instead of several. The information entered once is the information used everywhere, which removes the re-keying that made the old arrangement slow. The platform is in daily use and is built to extend as the salon's requirements change.
