What it is

MHS handles quotations, invoicing and stock movement for businesses selling sanitary ware and kitchen fittings.

It is built around how the trade actually sells: a customer asks for a price on a list of items, that quotation is negotiated, and what is agreed becomes an invoice. MHS carries the same records through all three steps, so nothing is typed twice and the stock position moves when the goods do.

Stock in and stock out are recorded against purchases and sales rather than counted separately, which means the valuation is a consequence of the trading rather than a separate exercise.
